As a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP Jim Mattesich advises and represents clients in a wide range of regulatory, administrative and legislative matters before the state of California.  Mr. Mattesich has provided counsel to clients across the consumer products industry in regulatory compliance issues and legislative advocacy efforts.  His practice encompasses environmental subspecialties, including toxic chemical regulation, air emissions standards, pesticide regulation, compliance and litigation regarding California's unique "Proposition 65" statute, and regulatory and compliance matters before the California Air Resource Board.  Jim also counsels IFRA North America on California compliance.

As a partner at Finnegan, Sanya concentrates on patent litigation before the federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, primarily in the areas of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and biologics.  He has conducted all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings.  He lectures on all aspects of patent and trade secret law.
